Prince Jalen the Beloved

Once regarded as the golden boy of the Cusped Kingdom, Prince Jalen's education shifted from court etiquette to martial prowess the day that Anakria declared its independence.  Since then, he's devoted himself to leading his people to a victory that might one day unify the entire Circle of Realms under the Maurian banner.  Few can match his agility with a sword, and those who do find it harder still to stand against his proud resolve.  Though confident and even arrogant at times, the prince has a natural charm that allows him to take command in any situation, and he is beloved by those still loyal to the Maurian Crown—many of whom anticipate the dawn of a golden age when he finally takes his father's place as sole ruler of the Cusped Kingdom.
